Snow is back (barely)
Author: Mberry

After a mostly snowless December, Montreal had snow for all of January. However with recent rain and mild temperatures just about all the snow had dissapeared. Today with the temperarture barely below freezing, we got a moderate amount of thick, sticky now. I went to the Angrignon overpass in Montreal this afternoon to shoot a few trains in this weather.

1-VIA 918 leads VIA 50 underneath a signal bridge. The indication on the north track shows a westbound is coming, namely CN 401.

2-CN 401 has CN 8917 & CN 2407 for power and 104 cars as it approaches Turcot West.

3-VIA 62 has just passed underneath an elevated portion of highway 20 as it heads towards its final destination of Central Station in downtown Montreal.

Love that VIA paint scheme, and those F40's look great in it.
