Help With Locations

These two pictures from the C. Robert Craig Memorial Library Kerr Collection intrigue me.
Does anyone know their locations?

The first one looks like the back shop at Moncton.  The second looks like Brockville.

Thanks Ken.  Picture from page 14 of the latest CN Lines seems to show same windows as Picture 1 in Moncton.
Is it possible that the second picture is Belleville rather than Brockville?  The line from the north in Brockville is not quite as tight a curve in my mind.

Location appears to be identical to this shot of Brockville from 1980.
