Certainly not in PEI where there is no track.

There is one "tourist line" in Windsor, Nova Scotia although it is narrow gauge, 7 - 1/4  inch gauge, a variety of steam and diesel.  It is the Trecothic Creek & Windsor Railway, website info for days of operation are at www.atlanticmodelengineeringsociety.com.  BTW to ride one of the trains, no charge, donations gratefully accepted.
