Canadian Railroads > PHLX # 3 Hertiage?

This Unit, was parked at a Parrish & Heimbecker Grain Co. elevator, in Saskatchewan.  It is listed as PHLX #3.  Does anyone know what heritage, this unit is?  Thanks in advance , Fred

Fred,

Only a wild guess. The other number on the unit is 415. The BN had a 415 an NW-2 which is what this looks like with the double taper at the cab. BN 412 was ex SLSF 255. Only a guess.
