Canadian Railroads > Last Light on the Former BC RailDate: 09/16/16 08:48 Last Light on the Former BC Rail Author: loleta Continuing this thread (http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?15,4120532), I had hoped to get train 578 leaving Dawson Creek before dark but it was not to be. Nevertheless, I managed to get some good photos around town in the diminishing light.

8. Moonrise over the yard in Dawson Creek, with the train lighting up a string of hoppers. 9. Train 578 sits while the crew gets a clearance to depart for Chetwynd. - L.F. Regards, Russ Date: 09/16/16 15:10 Re: Last Light on the Former BC Rail Author: rschonfelder Can I ask what is being shipped inside those hi-cube 60' boxcars? There are enough of them on the trains in your photos that I am thinking they are carrying lumber given the area it is coming from. Is that the new way of shipping lumber now?
