Date: 09/23/16 19:05 Re: 4 More of Roger Puta's Need Help Author: DrLoco That dummy mast was unique, we called them "doll arms" and i have no idea if that was a local (NYC-PC-Conrail) thing for where I work at...but I knew what it meant immediately.
Sometimes there are some "universal" truths about railroading, regardless of where you are! Sadly I can't help with any locations, but I SO appreciate you going to the trouble of scanning this and other stuff. It's one of the main reasons I re-upped my subscription this year.
