CN 401 has a pair of ex-ATSF Dash8-40CW's followed by a trio of geeps (CN 2180, CN 2152, CN 9450, CN 4140 & CN 9486) as it heads through Montreal West on a gorgeous fall afternoon yesterday. No new power here, the combined age of these 5 units is 182 years old! Of interest is two strings of TankTrain cars just behind the head end autoracks, CN 585 will forward them from Taschereau Yard to Maitland, Ontario. As can be seen in the third photo, these cars are interconnected, for quicker unloading.
