An interesting tank car!

Hello,

This car was spotted in Kamloops today. 
This may be a Haz Mat training car...although I am not certain of that.

Thanks for looking and any update on car info.

Door on the side allows access inside to see the interior makeup of the car.  It's far from a soda-can cylinder in there.
