Does '7 km west of Ashcroft' make it Dark Canyon (Black Canyon??) ?

Spent a few days in Ashcroft having my transmission re-built, nice museum at the time.

Would be pretty close--Black Canyon is 5.5 rail miles west of Ashcroft...
