Canadian Railroads > BNSF Coal Train (Empties) EB Through Salmon ArmDate: 02/14/17 17:41 BNSF Coal Train (Empties) EB Through Salmon Arm Author: Willie-J CP 8603 EB passed through Salmon Arm at 17:15 2017-02-14 leading a BNSF coal train of approximately 125 cars (empties). Three BNSF units 9034, 8475 and 9771 following the leader and 9327 (DPU) at the end.
Bill After reading Bob Ritchie's post of 16:42 02/12/17 and the helpful response of Marcus of 20:53 02/13/17, it would appear that this was probably another detoured coke train. The cars were much cleaner than coal cars. Bill Marcus has informed me that it was probably a coal train. The coke train operates once a month or so from Billings Montana. Bill Edited 3 time(s).
