Canadian Railroads > Interesting Locomotives Montreal Feb 18, 2017Date: 02/18/17 14:13 Interesting Locomotives Montreal Feb 18, 2017 Author: kgmontreal This morning Canadian National ran a parade of freight trains into and out of Montreal. Another fan saw eight between 0700 and 0930 while I saw five between 1000 and noon. Many were the typical modern GE's. But two had unusual units. X310 had Illinois Central 3108 as its second unit. The Maitland Tank-Train, today carrying only gasoline, had an ex-Oakway SD60 and GTW 5951 an SD40 variant. Both trains were photographed at Pointe-Claire.
