Canadian Railroads > Nice afternoon at BeaconsfieldDate: 02/18/17 18:03 Nice afternoon at Beaconsfield Author: Ray_Murphy On Montreal's west island...
Picture #1: 1st up is Via #26 led by P42DC 908 in its brand-new Canada 150 wrap. These look kind of gaudy (a mish-mash of design) from the side, but from the front, they are not so bad. In the distance, an eastbound CP freight is coming into view. Picture #2: A going-away view of the Renaissance-equipped #26. Picture #3: The CP freight (I assume to be #112), led by 8520, 8529 and 2205, a GP20C-ECO. Picture #4: A closer view of the 2205. That's quite a lot of architecture on the roof. Picture #5: As the sun gets lower, we see CN #327 (destined to the CSX at Huntingdon) and led by CSX 882 and 5234. Picture #6: Via #64 led by F40PH 6451.
