Colas new GE's 70808 and 70809

Found these two new GE's in my yard this morning. I believe they are going to the UK. Can anyone provide more info on this operation? I visited their website and it stated they are a provider of rail service in the UK. Thanks!

Colas Railfreight is the subsidiary of a French conglomerate and is a major provider of engineering services to Network Rail. They have also entered the general railfreight market, picking up a number of contracts carrying steel, timber and oil for a range of clients. The 70s are primarily for the Network Rail contracts.
