European Railroad Discussion > German Class 01 and 52 near FrankfurtDate: 06/09/14 10:31 German Class 01 and 52 near Frankfurt Author: pennengineer Yesterday the organization "Historische Eisenbahn Frankfurt" operated its annual Pfingsten (Pentecost) trips from Frankfurt-Höchst to nearby Königstein im Taunus using their Pacific 01 118 and Decapod 52 4867. With gorgeous summer weather I hopped on my bicycle to witness the event (though in an effort to travel lightly I only had my cell phone camera with me).
