Portugal: EMU Recognition Help Needed

I got an interesting set of pictures from Portugal, but it looks like these are very hard to recognize to detail. EMUs might be of class 3150, 3200 or 3250, but which?

Are they a Budd licensee or spin-off ? They look like PATCO cars with a British shell.

They look like 3250, the 3150 has smooth sides not fluted like these. the 3200s were rebuilt to 3250s.

Yes built by Sorefame a Budd licensee, now a part of Alstom.

Now those look like SEPTA's old Market-Frankford / Almond Joy cars without the lumps.

Not sure about the RIB cars but these were definitely Budd cars used by the SNCF:
