Last week during a trip to Amsterdam we spent half a day in The Hague. As is the case in the country's larger cities, an efficient tram network makes it easy to get around without a car. The photo is taken in the Centraal Station, and you can see a tram on the upper tracks that spans the tracks and platforms for the NS Intercity trains that are out of sight to the left. The Dutch always get my praise for their architecture.
