Gees, the taggers have hit the European rails too. There is no end to it all.

From what I saw, the taggers are extremely active in Belgium, less so in Germany and the U.K. It's pretty rare to see passenger equipment and locomotives tagged back here in Canada, but in Belgium it appears to be epidemic.

I've seen taggers handiwork in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and even New Zealand.
