The 64 class tank engine has a 2-6-2 wheel arrangement. They operate at 90 K and were used on locals and short express trains.

For those of us who do not read German:EEKLO Two people have been seriously injured in an explosion at a steam loco tive near Eeklo. Two others were lighter injuries.
The steam loco tive rode on the train tracks in honor of Stoomcentrum, an event with steam trains. The festivities commemorated the 50th anniversary drove the last steam train through Belgium.

During a trip to Maldegem Eeklo found at the height of Balgerhoeke a blast site in the machine area of the steam locomotive. Which immediately filled with hot steam. A driver ran third degree burns on his face and on his upper body. He was rushed to the burn center of UZ Gent. His condition is very serious.

Another driver jumped out of the train, which drove a 10 km / h at the time. In the fall he came down badly, and he broke his leg. He was also taken to the University Hospital of Ghent. Two others are charged with lighter injuries to the hospital AZ Alma in Eeklo.

The train stopped after the explosion a few yards away. For the occupants, about 150-odd, there was at no time danger. The prosecutor's office came on the spot. The locomotive was eventually transferred to a warehouse of the steam center in Maldegem.

An expert from the prosecutor's office is currently investigating the locomotive. Possibly the water level was too low and too high pressure in the boiler.

Definitely not German. It's Dutch or Flemish, which are closely related.

Why are these employees being 'charged' for their injuries? Is it illegal to have injuries over there? A criminal offence ?

Thanks for posting the Google translated version. Regardless of the original language, the translation was good enough to understand what happened.
