In Zurich, we rode a short cogwheel line called the Dolderbahn. It's about a mile long, with two intermediate stations and an automated passing siding. A fascinating little operation.
1. Car 2 approaching the lower terminal.
2. Meeting car 1 at the siding.
3. Car 2 at the upper terminal.
