Special Train at Finse

Any one know what the special train was that went through Finse, Norway, around 15:30(3:30pm)?  Had five cars and a brake van.  All painted in the old dark red color with a bright red loco.  Running Oslo to Bergen.

Well, it would appear that the train you saw is some sort of rail fan excursion.
At 05:35 PDT today 9-17-2016,it is at Finse station heading bach to Oslo.
