Yorkshire colours

Some fall colours in Yorkshire! Just a short cycle ride from home are a couple of nice locations, around Horbury. Both trains are the Colas operated Preston Docks to Lidsay empty bitumen tanks, hauled by a Colas class 60.  Chris uk.
ps - I'm disappointed by the image quality once uploaded. These are pin sharp photos.

I took a look at the first location on Google Street View. This place is so easy to get to by bus from Wakefield, little did I know that when I was there two years ago. They even placed a bus stop on the bridge just make things super easy. (Spin the view around to see the bus stop) https://www.google.com/maps/@53.6588358,-1.5686943,3a,75y,316.83h,77.2t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sSDvBCblsEoctFt8wJVT3BQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Forget to take or memorize the TRACKatlas for one day in Britain and that is the result I guess?

Jim - you are spot on.  Where the bus stop is located, was the entrance to Horbury & Ossett station. There was an island platform down below. Call in for a coffee next time you are in town!  Chris, Wakefield, UK.

The Colas livery complements the autumnal colours.

must be very close to what's left of Healey Mills. I passed by there recently on the GBRF 15 railtour. Sad to see, I can remember going there in the early 80's, a hive of activity with freights featuring classes 25, 31, 37, 40 and 47
