We being Conrail OIBU-6 (Oak Island-Buffalo) took siding at "CP Linden" on the Southern Tier Line. CR TV-203 was behind us had a higher priority in Buffalo than us so they ran around us. They met D&H #258 & TV-78 at Alden so we were held for them at Attica, NY on March 27, 1999.
