Railroaders' Nostalgia > Working EJ&E towers in 1963Date: 08/14/15 12:31 Working EJ&E towers in 1963 Author: nkp759 This project of documenting a great summer job was a long time in development. I hope you enjoy reading about it as much as I enjoyed the experience.

I will be enjoying this for quite a while. Many thanks for plenty of interesting reading and history. More comments to follow after I get further into all the great material.

Having worked on the Rock for 4 years before heading out west to the UP I, of course, had experience with MC on a regular basis.

At the bottom of the Ship Canal page I've added some words describing the contents of the World War II documents produced by the EJ&E. I find them very interesting reading. |
