Help with observation car..

This car is located at a restaurant called the Curry Club ( formerly Dining Car 1890 ) in Stony Brook, NY. Im told it was ex Frisco. Would anybody happen to know for sure?

If you can get a close look at the trucks, the RR's initials may be molded into the frames (assuming they're the original trucks).

A modernized heavyweight with what appear to be roller-bearing trucks- could still be out on the road assuming it doesn't have the obligatory "restaurant modification" (big hole in the side).

As an aside, looks like it originated as a non observation platform car and later in life had
the open end created.
