Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS 955 OCS Special EastboundDate: 11/02/09 14:45 NS 955 OCS Special Eastbound Author: burlingtonjohn Last week a poster mentioned that the NS OCS special would be departing Moberly Missouri at 8 am Tuesday morning for eastward movement to Decatur Illinois.

If it's indeed head to Detroit, it looks like it will get in under cover of darkness if it keeps moving.
