Eastern Railroad Discussion > Great Lakes CentralDate: 06/14/06 20:08 Great Lakes Central Author: chapmaja Looks like there may be a new railroad in Michigan. The Tuscola and Saginaw Bay looks to be changing it's name to the Great Lakes Central. The name hasn't officially been changed however there is a picture at
http://members.boardhost.com/misl/msg/1150318547.html of the new paint scheme. This is ex-AA 385 which went to the TSBY in the mid-80's. Date: 06/14/06 20:47 Re: Great Lakes Central Author: toledopatch Given that the current TSBY goes neither to Tuscola nor to Saginaw Bay, the name change makes some sense. The new paint scheme is a tad bland compared to their current yellow/blue, but it's a lot better than bandits! IMHO, the lettering would look better if it were below the stripe instead of above it.
