Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS OCS This Weekend?Date: 06/22/07 11:47 NS OCS This Weekend? Author: tehachapi-dave While at CP Wyomissing last night a couple of rail fans said they heard about another OCS this weekend with schedule of Sunday run from Altoona to noth Jersey (Croxin) and Monday trip west ending in Chicago. I did not see anything on the board about this, has anyone else heard about this possible trip.
Dave Date: 06/22/07 13:19 Re: NS OCS This Weekend? Author: toledopatch There is supposed to be a westbound move from Latrobe, Pa., to Cleveland on Tuesday, and from Cleveland to Chicago on Wednesday, so it is quite plausible that there will be a deadhead from Altoona to Croxton sometime this weekend and a trip from Croxton to Latrobe on Monday. But I don't know this for certain.

The coal branch to Whitney delivered loads, and the Ligonier Valley Railroad interchanged there. as well. |
