I was through Leipsic OH for the first time since the ethanol plant was built. I thought that there was to be a connection to the I & O and i saw that the new track made it across S.R. 65 and then quit. Is that still in the works or did some property owner decide that he wanted to be a millionaire? I did see surveyor stakes headed in the right direction.
