Does he have to stop for the stop light, or does he trigger it to stay green?

The SWP trains on the Uniontown industrial do not have any control of the traffic lights.

SWP rule for operating through Uniontown (as per swp rule book)
"Trains operating through Uniontown must make every effort to operate with traffic flow,
obeying traffic signal devices when possible. The engine bell must be rung continuously
while in motion. "
