Was flipping around wife's People magazine and came across a advertisement for what I think is a new TV show with the handle PanAm and showing PanAm's logo. I thought this was now owned be a RR company, Gilford?, out East.

Based on the AD copy, plenty of young pretty girls dressed as Flight Attendants, I doubt much train action will be on the show :-)

I will not know due to dropping access to all satellite TV and not having any access to cable or broadcast over 9 months ago. Have not missed one minute of it!

Correct, the trademarks are owned by the company formerly known as Guilford Transportation Industries, the holding company for Guilford Rail System. Now Pan Am Systems and Pan Am Railways, respectively. ABC did pay Pan Am Systems a few bucks for licensing the trademark for the show.
