1073 is not on 63V that just came off the Bayard Branch at Alliance, OH. 63V is the empty stone train from First Energy Plant at Empire, OH along the Ohio River North of Mingo Jct.

I should probaly mention to anyone with thoughts of shooting the 1073 (or anything else for that matter) that the rent a cops that work for the First Energy powerplant at Empire/Toronto are hyper sensitive/aggressive about photography around the plant, even from public property. If you try to shoot anything in the area be sure of your footing on public property and by all means politely stand your ground if you feel its worth it, but know you will be hassled for sure.

Mike's comments are not of an isolated incident. This situation has been the case all the way back to 2004 and clearly isn't going to improve soon. Back then they would pull out on the public road and block your ability to move on.
