This afternoon, Q400, Q416 and Q438 (pictured) all came west at Shenandoah Junction, WV, in the afternoon. They haven't been seen in daylight here since the tunnel curfew started out toward Cumberland. No idea if this was just because of Sandy (delayed trains) or they are back to normal times.

NS 203 had no double stacks, that would have been as a result of Sandy. 203 had 38 UPS trailers ... normally it has 6 or 8.

Q438 usually runs up through Philly to Selkirk, not west through Cumberland so that was a reroute. I also saw that Q400 come into Cumberland mid-afternoon, usually he shows up in the early morning.
