"Together we deliver the goods and "A true backbone of the economy" says the 1/2 page full color ad. Two young employees with "CN" hard hats stand in a wheatfield in full safety gear. CN doesn't come anywhere DC................what gives??? Those reading the ad may think CNN has dropped one of the "N's" Is this geared for Obama to read..................as Obama is from Illinois where CN is a strong player..............albiet the nearest wheatfields are 1000 miles away. STRANGE AD where Canadian National is never spelled out. It was in the Virginia edition.

Lots of Washington policy-maker types read the Washington Post. That's the target market for this ad.

Also may make a difference which edition you saw. Was this VA or national edition?
