Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX Mountain Subdivision Oakland, MD questions

Hey all, I live in Mountain Lake Park just east of Oakland, MD and I have a few general questions.

First, are there any radio feeds out of any locations west of me? I found one in Keyser, WV to my east, but I have been unable to find one west of me.

Second, does anyone know if the Grafton or Keystone sub ATCS servers are functional?

Third, is it possible to setup ATCS servers in my area?
