Track Geometry train at Waycross - interesting horn

This is a short video CSX W001 Track Geometry train backing off the wye at Waycross to head north on the Fitzgerald Sub. This is the first time I've heard the horn on the geometry car as it crosses the road.

Sounds more like a marine horn than a railroad horn.
