CSX new slogan????

While getting a tour through Winston Yard in Lakeland, FL we spotted this car. Could this be CSX's new slogan? Actually it was a UP herald and they added the CSX logo and didn't remove the UP Building America slogan.

UP has something of a history of minimally removing its heralds and slogans from retired/returned equipment....
