Been thinking about this one...Regarding locomotive maintenance what is the criteria for getting fluids, filters, and preventive maintenance checks done?

Every 92 days, as mandated by the FRA.

Here's a sample checklist I found online:

Locomotives also have to be inspected and signed off on daily by the first new crew to use it. If low fluids, worn shoes, or anything else in found it is reported and engine service called out.

In addition to 92-day tests, there are also required monthly, annual, biennial and triennial tests as well.

What would be examples of one year, two year, and three year checks?
