I believe its the Leonard J. Buxton , former Railroad Passenger Cars, Inc. 6602, ATK 6006, ATK 4803, SCL 5123, SAL 6255, FEC Vero Beach. Started out as a coach, had the number of coach seats modified several times, and was turned into a lounge by RRP. Now belongs to the BORRM.

To add to this; it is the "Leonard J. Buxton" and the car is now used by B&O R.R. Museum as a stationary kids birthday party car. The car was upgraded by RailRoad Passenger Cars to a full operating Amtrak certified snack bar/lounge car and operated in charter service with both Amtrak and MARC Commuter trains prior to RRP shutting down in 1994. RRP donated the car to the B&O R.R. Museum with the only stipulation that it be maintained for operation. The B&O R.R. Museum should put this car back on the road for charter service and special operations to earn money instead of using it in stationary service. This is per information received from a former officer of RRP.

Side note: this car operated in Chessie Commuter Service as coach RRP 6602 and even operated in the Chessie Steam Safety Express Train in 1980. RRP rebuilt car to snack bar/lounge in 1981 and added full HEP and "Push-Pull" service.
