Niagara Falls Waste to Energy facility plans to ship vi

Covanta Niagara location plans to haul New York City garbage via rail. Covanta is a waste to energy company. In Niagara Falls they have been supplying power to local manufacturing facilities with steam generated from their incinerators. Increased demand due to a new paper mill will mean increased rail traffic.
