Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS 3001 and EPRY 52

Yesterday the NS H47 stopped at Mertztown Station with the 3001 Ne RDG 3674 To me NS should paint it back to it's original Reading Green and you could add 1 more heritage paint scheme to the list Here is 3 different shots of her by the Mertztown Station
Then Today the EPRY delivered some empty gons to the now closed MeConway and Torley plant in Kutztown. My only guess is they need to get rid of some stock inside the plant Here is the EPRY #52 former PBNE #52 in Kutztown and on it's way back to Topton, Pa.

Great photos. It would seem that some caring soul at NS knows the Reading heritage of the 3001 to judge by the "Safety Always" stenciled in the stairwells. A classy touch--that and leaving the Leslie horn alone!
