On the Hyndman cam at 1:55PM EDT <Actually 4:55 PM EDT> at about the 50 second mark
there is a string of odd looking hopper cars. They appear to be an olive green color and have a curved roof edge.
I could not make out the reporting marks. But they have a 9 digit number on them.

Can anyone give me additional information about them?

I don't think they have nine-digit numbers. There's merely somewhat of an image echo because of the camera's sloppy resolution.

I read 9-digit numbers such as 386 000 002, 386 000 337, 386 000 223, 386 000 449 etc. It looks like the reporting marks are CCX. The canted top is reminiscent of carbon black hoppers, but these have conventional-looking hoppers, not the funnel types found on carbon black cars.

They look like aluminum Auto-Flood`s

Toledopatch is correct. The resolution of the camera makes 6 numbers look like 9.
The 3 bleeds into the 6 and makes it look like an 8. Also if you check out the FLCX
roster you`ll see some others that are mixed in.

You are correct, that car is a Johnstown America AutoFlood IIe.
