NKP Shenanigans in Youngstown!
Author: CynthiaLuther

Let me tell you all how exciting my day was. I started off with going out to Alliance with my best friend Nina. I called a friend who informed me that the circus train was in Youngstown. Nina and I decided to take the risk to try and get the circus train. We got to Youngstown only to find out that we couldn't see the train. We ended up going to dinner, and decided that we were gonna go see a few trains before we headed back home. I was driving down 289 and Nina points out some tankers off to our right. I turned back around to see what was on the head end, and there she was. It was K055, with the 8100 third out! Talk about luck! :D

I only managed to get two photos, but here they are! Today was a great day. What a nice surprise :)

I wonder why they wouldn't let you in to see it? I had no trouble. I had free roam, nobody asked any questions.

Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus requires contacting their Company Manager for the proper credentials to go take any pictures of the circus train. I have been covering the Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus for quite a few years. In fact I was there when the train pulled into Youngstown Ohio at midnight till 3:00 A.M. Then back on Wednesday morning for the Animal Walk. Will be back at the train today all day. But you must have permission to go behind the scenes of this or any show. I have been going behind the scenes of many tours for many years. But you must have permission and proper credentials. They will call security and have you escorted out. If you got through to see the circus train and someone didnt check for credentials someone was not doing their job. I will have to mention this to the Train Master at the yard. Then will pass this information to Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Management today. I will be posting pictures after Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus approves them. You do have to follow the rules.

I went to the Covelli Center and talked to an employee there. There was no "trespassing" of any sort. Just to make that clear.
