General Electric experimental unit 3000 westbound on train 357 that also has a new BNSF unit and experimental car in the consist. HCLX unit in the lead. Photo's to follow.

How do the normal hazmat rules apply,
specifically hazmat car coupled to a
locomotive. Realize no crew is this
movement, but once in service . . . .

I don't think thats a Hazmat car, its for Liquified Natural Gas and is part of the BNSF project testing alternative fuels.

BNSF 5815 is a few years old. Looks like it has been spiffed up quite a bit.
