I decided on July 26 to watch some trains and relax. So I went to the Harrisburg, PA area for the afternoon. I got a late start, so I missed the NS OCS coming back and the Erie.... :<( But there was still plenty of trains to see. Here are some of the highlights: Pic 1: I saw three trains with one engine. This is the first one: NS 67A at Cove, PA. Pic 2: NS 67W. Pic 3: A WB intermodal at Duncannon, PA. more... The EBs were getting stopped for WBs at CP CANNON. NS 28W got the signal after meeting the previous intermodal.
Pic 5: Amtrak 07T west. Pic 6: NS 20K east with a SD70ACE leading. It also stopped at CP CANNON. The sun went away at the wrong time... :<( more... Edited 1 time(s). Pic 8: NS 10G east with a CN EMD. This train would take the siding track in behind a NS 64E. Pic 9: NS 242 east with BNSF power. The RR is my wife's favorite train. more...
