Eastbound NS290 rolls into New Jersey off former CNJ bridge at CP PHILLIPSBURG with sun faded BNSF paint SD70MAC 8951 and BNSF C44-9W 4794 this morning. Washington Secondary is to the right.
About twenty minutes later, NSH74-19 is over the Delaware R. on the Lehigh & Hudson River bridge, between Easton, PA and Phillipsburg, NJ on the Portland Secondary, with SD40-2 3580, ex-HLCX 6252/UP 3834/nee-MKT (KATY) 626, built 7/1980 and SD40-2 3347, nee-Conrail 6339, built 8/1977. In the background is the city of Easton, PA where the Lehigh River spills over into the Delaware. The train will go thru Hudson yard then north to Portland, PA with cars for the D-L.
