This morning TO Members Dan Schlegel,Beertrain and I set out to catch the R&N #425 and the CNJ 113 moving freight and mixed passengers on a Labor day special . We went to Drehersville grade crossing on the little Schulylkill branch to get our first catch of the train . While we waited word came to us that the CNJ113 was set off at Port Clinton because of a brake valve problem . Soon we heard the 425 coming by it's self with a wide open throttle and sounding grest. We then chased it to Zehners and Tamaqua. I got Video but i still need to work on it. After Tamaqua we headed back to the East Penn Valley of Pa and we chased a little NS. After seen the last post it looks like they got the VNJ113 fixed and operating again. It's a shame it wasn't along for the run.

It's not hopelessly overgrown.... yet. But the spot certainly wouldn't be hurt if someone ran one of those Troy-Bilt brush hogs that used to be advertised all the time on The Weather Channel through there.
