The Queen Bee in the Susquehanna Valley Today
Author: RDG630

I took a chance on the weather getting better today and headed to Harrisburg, Pa to get NS 1067 on train 781.
The sun began coming out as the train passed the Harrisburg Amtrak Station
Before anyone gets excited I did a little photo shopping on the sun shade

Since these trains always stop at the fuel pad I went west to get it on the Rockville Bridge
Normally the chase west from here is futile as it is not easy to back to Route 11 from the bridge and get ahead of an empty hopper train, but today I heard the disprcher tell the crew that they night get a stop board at Banks - I had a chance.
Third photo the Queen Bee passes under the signal bridge at MP 116

More luck with the train running at restricted speed allowing more photos west of Cove
Long live the Reading!

Great series of photos. Especially your shots of it crossing the Rockville Bridge.
