Date: 09/20/14 02:45 Re: NS OCS to head east today? Author: SDP40F600 NS is sponsoring a conference in Cleveland on Monday and Tuesday. As part of that, the attendees will be taken to Bellevue on Tuesday afternoon to tour he yard. The OCS train might be in Rockport for that purpose.
