Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX Keystone Sub 9-26-14Date: 09/29/14 17:45 CSX Keystone Sub 9-26-14 Author: keysubdiv Made a trip to CSX Sandpatch country this past weekend. Ten trains during Thursday night
included 3 intermodals, Q-015, Q-016 and Q-137. 2 loaded coal trains, U-825 and U-839. Westbound empties E-801. Eastbound Q-368 with BNSF power. Westbounds Q-640 and Q-359 with a nice CSX-KCS-UP mix and oil empties K-059 with a pair of BNSF GE`s. Then after a lengthy wait westbound Q-261 came up the hill on Friday morning with 70+ empty racks and UP EMD`s making some ear splitting noise. No helper. Q-394 showed up with the CSX Devil leading. Later a 7 hour late Amtrak 30 came east and near dark another empty oil train came up with Citirail and BNSF power. Saturday it was off to Pinkerton. More to come. twl You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today!
