The mill is fenced, but there's an adjacent access road outside the fence from which good pictures are possible. The mill is just off PA 940, near I-380.

Date: 10/01/14 19:58 Re: East Stroudsburg,Pa ??? Author: sig292 The Delaware-Lackawanna runs the PT98 & PT97 Portland Turn train round trip on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The grain trains to/from the MT Pocono mill run almost daily as I understand it.

We will be stopping for lunch at East Stroudsburg.
